1.1 Acceptance

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• 6 win may request national ID or passport details to verify an account.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. The password must not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately. 6 win will never ask for your password by email or message.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

6 win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Violation of any provision of these Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

• For deposits, use only a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits should appear in your account immediately; if there is a delay, contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, any active bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement on that bonus is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• The bonus may be claimed only once.
• When stating the maximum bonus amount, the percentage (120%) must always be mentioned alongside it.

4.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Other 6 win promotions include: weekly reload reward (50%, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x), slots festival bonus (75%, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x), and cricket season deposit bonus (60%, up to ৳12,000, wagering 18x). Birthday special gifts and referral bonuses are also available.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, placing coordinated bets, or any other manipulation to gain bonus benefits is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available for that specific game.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If any dispute arises over a bet result, 6 win's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games operate at their own RTP (Return to Player) rates. Each game's outcome is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully independent and does not depend on previous results. No game can guarantee any future outcome based on past results.

5.3 System Errors

If a software or server error produces an abnormal result, 6 win reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake. 6 win bears no liability for compensation during server downtime or maintenance.

6.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback applies to net losses (total wagered minus total won). Example: if a Silver member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6.3 Tier Changes

Regular and active play gives members the opportunity to move to a higher VIP tier. 6 win determines VIP tier status at its own discretion and does not publish specific turnover thresholds.

7.1 Prohibited List

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Manipulation or coordinated betting to gain bonus benefits
• Registering with false or someone else's details
• Using hacking, software bots, or any automated tools
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds
• Sharing account details with other users

8.1 Service Availability

6 win always tries to ensure uninterrupted service, however disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service problems. In such situations, 6 win bears no obligation to provide compensation.

8.2 Financial Losses

Any financial loss resulting from participation in games is entirely the user's own responsibility. 6 win does not control game outcomes and gives no guarantee of wins or losses. Users are advised to bet within their means.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Game studios and payment service providers operating on 6 win are subject to their own terms and conditions as well. 6 win is not directly responsible for any issues with their services.

These terms, the privacy policy, and any applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between 6 win and the user. No oral promises or assurances made outside of these terms are binding.
